You can request a return within 30 days of receipt via your account page under “Orders” or by contacting us at support@perliara.com . Always include your order number.

After receiving your request, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to return the item. can return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For Belgium this is €7.90 and for the Netherlands €10.90.

Return Policy

• Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
• Returns should be sent in the original packaging, if possible.
• Damaged or worn items cannot be accepted.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded. refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
