You can request a return within 30 days of receipt through your account page under "Orders" or by contacting us at support@perliara.com . Don't forget to include your order number.

After your return has been approved, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions

Not all items are eligible for return. Personalized products, personal care products, discounted items, gift cards, and other excluded products cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
