Lifetime Warranty – Fine Jewellery

All creations from our fine jewelry collection come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect occurs due to material or production errors, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge.

1-Year Warranty – Fashion Jewellery

Our fashion jewellery is covered against manufacturing and material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase .

What is not covered by the warranty

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use (such as scratches, discoloration, or wear of plating).
• Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, cleaning agents, swimming pools or ultrasonic cleaners.
• Loss, theft or careless use.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
• Complete remanufacturing of a piece of jewellery (for example, a complete remake after breakage of a name or letter pendant).

Free ring reduction or enlargement

If your ring doesn't fit perfectly, you're entitled to one free size correction within 60 calendar days of delivery , for both engraved and non-engraved rings.

• Only applicable to the ring sizes offered on our website.
• The width and thickness of the ring binder remain unchanged.
• The service will be carried out within approximately 25 working days after receipt and quality control.
