Determine your ideal size for fixed bracelets (bangles) . Use one of the methods below to find your size.
Method 1: Measure an existing bracelet
Do you already have a bangle that fits well? Then measure the inner diameter :
- Lay the bracelet flat on a ruler.
- Measure the distance from the inside to the inside at the widest point.
- The number of millimeters is your size (e.g. 60 mm = Size 60).
Method 2: Measure your pulse
Step 1: Measure your wrist circumference tightly behind the wrist bone.

- Tight: Wrist size + 1.5 cm
- Normal: Wrist size + 2 cm
- Loose: Wrist size + 3 cm
